For ADC659 members engaging in work that is not directly design-related (where no existing design engagement contracts apply), we offer a Single Project Agreement, which provides for contributions to RRSP and Health benefits. The Agreement requires the inclusion of a rider outlining the specific terms of the engagement. The ordinary ADC Standard Terms and Conditions do not automatically apply. The ADC office must provide its endorsement that the contract does not actually fall within the jurisdiction of another contract template.
No defaulting engager may participate in an ADC-approved Single Project Agreement.
